A "special" exhaust mechanism and flow channel can remove the gas in the new net and keep the pressure balance when changing the net, so as to completely solve the "bubble" problem. (2) the exhaust position is also the preheating position of the mesh, which can ensure that the temperature of the net to be changed is the same as that of the net being changed, thus avoiding the crystallization of the melt and even the appearance of the crystal point due to the low temperature of the new mesh. The ordinary mesh changer is directly contact with plastic melt with the carrier of filter net (porous plate). Because the mesh exchange needs to move back and forth, it is easy to produce black spot impurity, and the clean filter is ineffective because it can not clean the carrier directly. The special mesh changer is different: the filter (perforated plate) and the carrier become a net block as a whole, and it circulates and moves in one direction, avoiding the occurrence of the black spot impurity, and after changing the net, it can be taken down and cleaned together. Clean mesh blocks are fitted with new filters without black spot impurities. For materials with excellent fluidity, in order to maintain the stability of the mechanical rigid seal of the mesh changer, the steel used is more wear-resistant and heat-resistant than that of the general mesh changer, and the runner is smoother.
